40 Under 40 : AGency Nominates Winner Katie Gallen

Congratulations to Katie Gallen, chief program officer at Rung for Women and member of the St. Louis Business Journal's 40 Under 40 class of 2025! AGency nominated Katie for this award! A few highlights from her application:

Katie was instrumental in Rung's most significant organizational evolution following their third cohort in 2022-2023. As one of two key leaders who translated executive vision into actionable program design, she helped solidify Rung's focus on career growth and skills training, in pursuit of financial growth.

Katie's commitment to program quality is reflected in outstanding member satisfaction and completion rates. Among Cohort 6 – the most recent cohort to complete the program – 90% reported satisfaction with their Rung experience, while 100% reported having clear short and long-term career goals and increased confidence in their professional skillset.

Through her role at Rung, Katie has created measurable economic impact for the Greater St. Louis community. The 63 women who have achieved salary increases through programs she designed have collectively gained nearly $1 million in additional annual earning power (63 members × $15,701 average increase).
