Color Factory

Color Factory is an immersive art experience that seems custom-made for social media posts. Think vibrant walls of color, an adult-scale ball pit (when was the last time you jumped in one of those??), and disco music.
My first Color Factory visit was at the New York location and I was hooked not just by the joyous vibe, but also by the way the creators cleverly encouraged visitors to connect with each other. You can select colorful compliment cards to give to others that have fun phrases like, “I’m tickled pink by you,” or “You’re a peach.”
Another experience sits two people opposite each other divided by glass. You’re asked to use colored pencils to create a palette inspired by them, then do a line drawing of them.
Is it silly? Yes. It’s also fun, and can spark some great ideas for events, social media, employee engagement, and activations. They also have locations in Chicago in Houston. Visit their Insta page here.
