Make in-office days a bit more light by poking fun at what we all know about those zoom calls: The off-camera view looks like trash. This company had a theme day where people were encouraged to wear their zoom getups from the pandemic era – or maybe it's a current trend. In May 2025, a Gallup Poll reported that 51% of remote-capable U.S. employees are working hybrid, while only 25% of employers offer hybrid work to all employees. Globally, approximately 83% of employees prefer a hybrid work environment. The U.S. job market is also seeing more hybrid postings, with 24% of new job postings in the second quarter of 2025 being hybrid.
